Refund & Exchange Policy

1. Digital Nature of Services

Divorx Tech provides digital products and services such as websites, systems, and software customizations. Due to the nature of these offerings, all sales are considered final once the project or service has started or been delivered.

2. Refund Eligibility

A refund may be considered only under the following circumstances:

  • Payment was made for a service that was never started.
  • Duplicate payments were made by mistake.
  • The requested service was unavailable or canceled by Divorx Tech.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be granted under the following conditions:

  • Change of mind after the service has started.
  • Delays caused by the client's lack of response or incomplete information.
  • Partial use of delivered services or features.

4. Exchange or Adjustment

In cases where the client is unsatisfied, we may offer adjustments or rework at no additional cost based on the original agreement. Full exchanges of service are not available once custom work has begun.

5. Requesting a Refund

To request a refund, please email us at support@divorxtech.com with your order number, project reference, and reason for the request. Our team will respond within 3 business days.

6. Chargebacks

Unauthorized chargebacks are treated as a violation of this policy and may result in suspension of services and legal action.

7. Modifications to Policy

Divorx Tech reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with the effective date.
